  • Tea scrub/mask!

    - v  i  v  i  a  n

How to make a tea scrub/mask!
Tea isn't just good for drinking, you could also turn it into something good for your face!

Tea face scrub/mask is perfect for normal and oily skin, Use weekly.
The antioxidants in the tea will protect your skin from sun damage.
This will soften, smoothen, cleanse, and exfoliate your skin!

You can usually use any tea really,
As long as it contains lots of antioxidants!
I recommend using the Lipton green tea
or red tea cause it contains tons of antioxidants.

       Material:
    • Tea bag
    •  Hot water
    •  2 Cups
Simply make tea the first! Boil or microwave hot water in the cup and add the tea bag in.
Let it sink in for a while!

Then take the tea bag and add it to the other cup.
You could save the other cup with the tea liquid to drink later!

Squeeze the liquid out of the tea bag, but still make sure the tea bag is moist.
Then take the tea bag and pat it gently all over your face.

After you're done with that, you open up your tea bag and take the tea and gently apply it on your face, and start patting and rubbing it on your face. Don't rub it on too hard though.
(If it does not stick at all, that means your tea bag wasn't moist enough)

Leave the tea on your face for 10 minutes. Then wash your face.

Your skin will feel soft, smooth, and clean!

    Does anyone see a difference?

I've been using this method since last summer.

" helpful in preventing or ameliorating a variety of conditions, from heart disease and cancer, to gum disease, skin aging and weight loss "
